Your Credit Card company wants your business more than they want Overstocks money. Trust me, I've done it tons of times. You paid top dollar for a product that was defective that they refused to take back. That's grounds for a dispute. Why else would people want a credit card? Buyer assureance :D I have bank of america. I've disputed about 4 different transactions and never have they given me any problem getting my money back. One time the dispute timed out cause I lost the paper work and they issued a $100 dollar credit to my card out of their pocket!
