What about exceeding legal speeds is not “real world”?

I own all of these kinds of countermeasures to help protect me when I happen to be SPEEDING.

Its nice to see the Veil G4 work at those high speeds.

If I had to choose between having a countermeasure work better the FASTER I go versus the slower, I’d pick the former over the latter every day and twice on Sunday.

Wasn’t this the reason products like Veil and the ZR4 were created to begin with???

Just my .02 worth.

BTW, Jam from gun when pairing Veil G4 with a ZR4 rear mounted head? That is almost too good to believe!!!!!

Its great to see both CM and Veil stepping up their game! Congrats to both!

I cant wait for them to start shipping!

iS it really true that veil doesn’t cause e4 and j3 jam codes to appear on the lasers that can detect that they are being jammed? (like the stalker, laser tech, laser atlanta, riegl)

I sometimes have to drive through other countries where jammers are illegal (carry demerit points) and having something that does’t cause repeated e4 codes which is a dead giveaway to jammer is absolutely neccessary.

Is there an easy way to turn off the shifting function of the ZR4 after you slowed down and didn’t need or want the active protection?

If so, can the ZR-4 still alert to laser (like a detector) while not attempting to jam it?

Thanks in advance.

Veil is a “passive” coating so there will be no jamming codes received by the laser gun.

You could press the power button on the ZR3 shifter to power the unit off. Also the shifter is designed to jam after a threat is received.

The Toyota was white (hardest color) and the Mustang was black (easiest color)

The data from the test(s) shows a significant reduction using Veil on both vehicles

A? I missing something here or did the color of the vehicle have a bigger impact than the use if veil?

Looks to me, if you drive a white vehicle you’re better off paying for a black paint job than buying veil, your results from this according to these test results will be significantly better.

“aiming at the drivers side headlamp”…

If you were aiming at only the headlight how did the color of the vehicle make any difference at all?

Has there ever been a test using a Car Bra (frontal car cover black)against laser, inconjunction with veil or jammer

The US Cheetah Rep has a bra on his Toyota that is black and yes it is very effective.
